• Manage and maintain SAP master data for all relevant modules, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and validate data requirements.
• Develop and implement data governance strategies and policies to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Monitor data quality metrics and perform regular audits to identify and resolve data issues, particularly related to logistics and FI/CO data.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, performing regular data cleansing and standardization activities.
• Provide training and support to end users and to internal stakeholders on SAP master data management processes and best practices
• Conducting workshops for requirements analysis, process design and solution conception, including specific topics in ERP
• Development of solutions to optimize sales, order fulfillment and delivery processes, taking into account best practices and industry requirements
• Analyzing business requirements and creating functional specifications for the implementation of SAP ERP solutions
• Coordinate and collaborate with functional and technical teams and external partners to ensure the implementation of solutions
• Perform system configurations, customizations and testing in the SAP ERP module
• Ensuring adherence to project goals, schedules and budgets throughout the project lifecycle
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of transformation strategies within the SAP project

• Several (5-8) years of experience in consulting and implementation of SAP ERP solutions, ideally with a focus on SAP S/4HANA
• Knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Information Steward or specific data modeling tools.
• Experience in leading complex SAP projects, including SAP transformations and global rollouts
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into SAP solutions
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting using SAP tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders at all levels
• Certification in SAP ERP or other relevant SAP modules an advantage
• Team-oriented approach with the ability to work successfully in a global, multicultural environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages are an advantage
