As we continue to expand our development team, we are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Manager - SAP Sales and Service Cloud, to join us in creating robust and scalable web applications.

Your role is to overseeing and optimizing customer service operations using SAP CX solutions.

Site: Kochi, Chennai & Pune

• Contact for our customers regarding all questions relating to the operation of their SAP Sales and Service Cloud
• Oversee the utilization and optimization of SAP Sales and Service Cloud for effective customer sales and service operations.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
• Co-Ordinate the team to Develop and implement custom solutions, and enhancements.
• Enable the team to perform quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of SAP CX solutions.
• Drive a customer-centric culture within the team.

• Experience in a support function, as Application Manager or Customer Service Manager
• Familiar with interfaces (REST, JSON, XML) with which surrounding systems such as ERP, CRM, PIM, DAM, CMS or others are connected.
• Experience in managing customer service teams in a SAP environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Support flexible working hours during off-peak time
• Experience of international cooperation would be desirable
• Experience with common support tools and in the Kubernetes / Cloud environment is helpful

• Good knowledge of Information Security
• Good knowledge of Data Privacy
